ORRINGTON – Shane Erik Foster, 30, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2009, at a Blue Hill hospital. He was born April 15, 1978, in Bangor, the son of Peter F. Wiswell and Cindy S. Johnson. Shane was a graduate of Bucksport High School, Class of 1997 and continued his education at New England School of Education, having earned an associate degree in communications. He had a love for sports and was an avid fan of the Red Sox, Brett Farve, wrestling, the Duke Blue Devils and the ponies. He leaves behind his fiancee, Tara Trainer and their two beautiful daughters, Haley Lynn and Caisley Erin Marie; his parents, Cindy and Axel Johnson, and Peter and Carol Wiswell; two sisters, Melissa Harvey and her husband, Brian, and Erin Wiswell Crane; grandparents, John and Ann Crane; his uncles, Steven, John, Jimmy, Mike, Rick and Robbie; aunts, Alice and Donna; four nephews, Joshua, Alexander, Zachary and Hunter; many cousins; Tara’s parents, Jim and Vicki; the girls caregiver and friend, Amy; special buds, Peter, Adam, Dale, Todd, Jody, P J and many, many others. Special thanks to the Exiles for all their support and generosity throughout his life and special thanks to Dr. Gilladoga for the years she gave Shane to be with all of us. Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, where a celebration of his life will be held 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Robert T.
