EXETER – Pamela L. Fletcher, 37, died peacefully March 10, 2009, with her family at her bedside, after a brief illness. Pam was born Oct. 18, 1971, in Waterville, the daughter of Richard and Mildred (Scott) Fletcher. She attended school in Dexter and was a graduate of Ellsworth High School. Pam was employed by Phoenix Industries and worked at Maine Distributors, Bangor, where everyone was her friend. She lived her life to its fullest and always had a smile for all her friends and coworkers. She loved her family, kids, cards and puzzles, and watching her favorite TV shows. Pam enjoyed going to Pine Tree Camp and to Outlook Camp every summer. She was active with Penobscot Area Special Olympics and attended State Special Olympic Games at the University of Maine, Orono, with Pat every year. Pam is survived by her loving parents, Mildred Weeks of St. Albans, and Richard and June Fletcher of Unity; sisters, Bonnie and Morris McDougal of Pittsfield and Bunny and Dick Adams of Newport; brothers, Kip Fletcher of Pittsfield, Richard Fletcher Jr. and Jen of Knox and George and Angie Fletcher of Augusta; grandmothers, Mary Seaver and Lorraine Lane; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pam lived with her foster parents, Pat and Jerry Jubinville in Exeter for many years and had many friends in the community. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 12, at Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Service Center, 34 High St., Newport. Graveside services will be conducted in the spring at Maloon Cemetery, St. Albans. The family has asked that instead of flowers, to remember Pam by making a memorial donation to Pine Tree Camp, P.O.
