STOCKTON SPRINGS and MONROE – Helen Fay (Morse) Davis, 91, passed away March 9, 2009, at a Howland health care facility. She was born June 21, 1917, in Bangor, the daughter of Harry and Nettie Morse. Helen was a longtime resident of Waldo County and was a member of Waldo County Committee for Social Action. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Lloyd Davis. Surviving are three children, including one son, Russell H. Davis of Bangor; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Spring interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport. Arrangements entrusted to Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden.
