BREWER and SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Marilyn E. McReavy, 73, passed away May 29, 2009, in Schenectady, N.Y. She was born Feb. 19, 1936, in Lewiston, daughter of the late Curtis and Evelyn (Kingsley) McReavy. She had been a resident of Niskayuna, N.Y., from 1983 to 2001, and most recently a resident of Kingsway Arms Nursing Center, Schenectady, N.Y. She was a former member of Latham Community Baptist Church and previously of Second Congregational Church, Brewer, where she was active in the Ladies Aid. Marilyn is survived by brothers, Ronald and his wife, Sheila, of Cheshire, Conn., and Clifford and his wife, Patricia, of Niskayuna, N.Y.; five nieces, one nephew, and nine great-nieces and great-nephews. The family thanks the very caring people of Kingsway Arms. A service honoring Marilyn’s life will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer, with the Rev. Foster Williams presiding. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer.
