DOVER-FOXCROFT – Jocelyn Marie (Faucher) Moore, 53, loving wife of Philip J. Moore, died June 19, 2009, in his arms at their home in New Ipswich, N.H., after a battle with lung cancer. She was born May 14, 1956, in St. Zacharie, Quebec, the daughter of Leonel and Alma (Gagne) Faucher. Jocelyn was a graduate of Foxcroft Academy, Class of 1974. She was a wonderful homemaker. Jocelyn had a big heart and enjoyed so many things in life. She loved traveling, gardening, quilting, sewing and canning. She was always happy and had so many gifts to offer, including her beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed. Jocelyn is survived by her loving husband, Philip, of New Ipswich, N.H.; and her stepson, Alexander Moore of Scottsdale, Ariz. She also leaves her father, Leo Faucher of Dover-Foxcroft; a brother, Dennis Faucher and his wife, Neila, of Milford; a niece, Mary Ann Faucher; a great-niece, Marie Hartung and her father, Carl Hartung, all of Dover-Foxcroft. She will be sadly missed by her dearest friends, Myra and Skip Salley of Dover-Foxcroft; as well as many other family members and friends from Canada and New Hampshire. She was predeceased by her mother, Alma, in 2005. A memorial Mass will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, June 26, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Dover-Foxcroft, with Father Robert Reagan, celebrant. Burial will be in the family lot at Dover Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to share in a celebration of her life at the church after the services.
