FORT FAIRFIELD, PRESQUE ISLE and HAINES CITY, Fla. – Stephen E. Fields, 82, husband of Opal B. Fields, passed away March 28, 2009. A Masonic memorial service will be conducted 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 17, at Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, where a service of remembrance will be conducted 1 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Robert Smith officiating. Interment will be held after the service at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. A time of continued fellowship with refreshments will be after the interment service at the home of Travis and Carolyn Dorsey-Durepo, 153 Main St., Fort Fairfield.
