EASTPORT – Francis “Frank” Ayres III, 70, died Aug. 9, 2009, at Calais Regional Hospital, with his family by his side. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at Christ Episcopal Church, Key Street, Eastport, with Deacon Lynn Rutledge officiating. Burial will be afterward at Bayside Cemetery.
