LEE – Donna K. Cyr, 73, wife of the late Joseph Levi Cyr, passed away Aug. 26, 2009, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born June 20, 1936, in New Brunswick, the daughter of Roy and Sandie (Moran) Dee. Donna enjoyed helping people and working at the food cupboard and clothing bank. She liked going for rides, playing with her great-grandchildren and planting flowers. She loved going to church. She is survived by her grandson, Rodney Cyr and his wife, Holly, of Mattawamkeag; two great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Tyler; four great-stepgrandchildren, Cassie, Dakota, Fae and Kainen; several brothers and sisters. She also leaves her special cat, Silly Willie. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Vernley Cyr. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee, with the Rev. Rich Pante officiating. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.
