AUGUSTA – Adrienne M. Plamondon, 101, died Sept. 13, 2009, in Augusta. She was born Nov. 17, 1907, in Windsor, to Joseph and Rose Morrissette. Adrienne was employed by R. P. Hazard Shoe Co. and later owned and operated Gage Street Cash Market with her husband. She enjoyed many years of retirement spending summers at her cottage in Winthrop. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards with her sisters and reading. Mrs. Plamondon was predeceased by her husband, Henry Plamondon; her parents, and several sisters and brothers. Adrienne is survived by her son, Norman R. Plamondon and his wife, Rita, of Spring Hill, Fla.; two granddaughters, Tammy Plamondon Michaud of Kensington, N.H., and Jo Plamondon Welch and her husband, Eddie Welch, of Hampstead, N.H.; and seven great-grandchildren. Visiting hours are 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Augusta. Committal prayers will be at Holy Family Cemetery, Augusta.
