GLENBURN – Patricia A. Dyer, 84, died unexpectedly Oct. 6, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. She was born June 20, 1925, in Bangor, the daughter of Webster Warren and Irene (Brooks) Warren. Patricia grew up in Bangor and graduated in the Class of 1943. She worked at Standard Electric for 41 years as a secretary. She enjoyed reading and quilting. Pat and the love of her life, Philip R. Dyer, just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 3. Together, they built their home in Glenburn and lived their life. She will be missed by her beloved husband; daughter-in-law, Louise Hynes of Bangor; granddaughter, Kelly Kinney and husband, Richard, of Glenburn; granddaughter, Jodi Newell of Bangor; great-grandson, Hunter Hynes; many family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her only son, Joseph R. Hynes Jr.; and two brothers, Harry and William Schoppee. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Oct. 12 at Lakeview Cemetery, Glenburn, with Pastor Tammy Noyes, presiding. All are welcome. Condolences may be offered at www.kileyandfoley.com.
