FORT KENT – Donna M. Voisine, 48, died peacefully Oct. 15, 2009, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born May 15, 1961, in Fort Kent, the daughter of Lawrence and Clara (Dumond) Gervais. Donna was a member of Fort Kent Columbiettes for 27 years. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, sewing and reading. Donna is survived by her husband, Dave Voisine of Fort Kent; her two stepchildren of which she adored, Jamie and his wife, Jessica and their daughter, Jaclyn, all of Chico, Calif., and Holly and her husband, TJ and their two children, Lydia and Ethan Gorneault, all of Fort Fairfeild; and five siblings, Noella Gervais and her son, Ricky, of Frenchville, Lawrence Jr. “June” and his wife, Theresa Gervais, of Madawaska, Linda and her husband, Joel Theriault, of Fort Kent, Patsy and her husband, Glenn Voisine, of Frenchville, and Gary and his wife, Brenda Gervais, of Fort Kent. She is also survived by very special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts and uncles; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Roland “Sput” and Betty Voisine; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dale and Lisa Voisine and their son, Zachary, all of Fort Kent; and extended family, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence and Theresa Pelletier and their family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her father in 2006 and mother in 2007. Friends may call 8-9:30 a.m. Monday until time of service at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent, with the Rev. James Nadeau officiating. Internment will be held at a later date at the parish cemetery. Following with her wishes, donations may be made in her memory to Edgar J.
