SEARSMONT – Frank Ray Huston Jr., 62, died unexpectedly Oct. 30, 2009, at his home. He was born Sept. 9, 1947, in Lewiston, son of Frank Ray Huston Sr. and Lula Mae Whorly Huston. He graduated from Edward Little High School, Auburn, in 1966. Frank was a U.S. Air Force veteran who served during the Vietnam era and was an aircraft electrical engineer. Frank and his wife of three and one half years, Cynthia A. Huston, both enjoyed fellowshipping with The Way International, a biblical research teaching and fellowship ministry, for many years. He worked for 27 years at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and retired six years ago. He also ran his own business working privately on refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical appliances. He enjoyed reading the Bible and visiting with friends and family. Frank was a very hard-working man. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia A. Huston; a son, Billy J. Huston of Sanford; two daughters, Lori Huston of Sanford and Alice Chevaliers and her husband, David, of Sanford; nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by three sisters, Connie Lagrange and husband, Robert, of Turner, his twin, Frances Brown of Buckfield and Thelma Gurschick and her husband, Wayne, of Turner. He was predeceased by his parents; and his youngest sister, Tina Huston. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Frank’s life 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating.
