ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Lawrence H. Frazier, 17, passed away Nov. 1, 2009. Larry was born in Tampa, Fla., and loved music, fishing and his family. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence “Larry” and Merideth Frazier; his sister, Alexis; and many other loving family members. Services will take place noon Nov. 7 at National Cremation Society, 4945 East Bay Drive, Clearwater, Fla.
