BELFAST – Deborah Lee Lanphier passed away Nov. 23, 2009, at her residence. Deborah loved reading, quilting, crafts, cooking and most of all caring for her family. She was predeceased by her father, Alan P. Kennard. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Betty and James Gilbert; her husband of 32 years, Stanley of Belfast; children Stephanie Lanphier of Belfast and Chip Lanphier of Belfast; two brothers and three sisters, Richard Kennard of Prospect, Alan Kennard of Texas, Christine Mishue of Bangor, Victoria Kennard of California and Christy Smith of Bucksport; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 27, at Searsport Family Gospel Church with Pastor Gall officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
