CRYSTAL – Audrey Chambers, 78, died Dec. 3, 2009, at her home. She was born May 29, 1931, in Silver Ridge, the daughter of Ransom Bradeen and Irene (Russell) Conner. She loved to go to yard sales, work in her flower garden and spend time with her family. She is survived by four children, Brenda Chambers of Houlton, Patti and Harris White of Oakfield, Donna Chambers and Paul Drew of Lancaster, Calif., and Jeff and Lori Chambers of Smyrna; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Richard Collins of New Jersey; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Pat; two sisters, Pat and Joan; and three brothers, Fred, Jack and Rod. The family thanks the doctors and nurses at Houlton Regional Hospital for all their care and compassion. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Peter Main officiating. Interment will be at Crystal Cemetery.
