LINCOLN – Hattie B. McLaughlin, 57, wife of Clifford McLaughlin, passed away Dec. 24, 2009, at her home. She was born Sept. 2, 1952, in Lincoln, the daughter of Maurice and Laura (Lancaster) Jordan. Hattie worked as a dietician at Colonial Healthcare for 29 years. She loved the Bluegrass Festival and Monday night bingo at Knights of Columbus Hall. In addition to her husband, Clifford, she is survived by a daughter, Marie Hallett and her daughters, Alycia and Kirstina; daughter, Vicki and her husband, Garry Nickerson and their children, Alana and Dillon; siblings, Clarice Murchison and Dorice Jordan, both of Lincoln, Roger Jordan of Mattawamkeag, Vernon Jordan of Millinocket, and Floyd Jordan of Lincoln; a special sister-in-law, Hazel and her husband, Maurice Chase; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Maurice and Cecil Jordan. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Gerald Craig officiating.
