FRANKFORT – Parker R. Philbrick, 92, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, in Penobscot. Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast, with Pastor Norman Lobonte officiating. Burial will be held in the spring at East Thorndike Cemetery.
