MILLINOCKET – Everett D. “Doug” Costain, 83, died Jan. 20, 2010, at Millinocket Regional Hospital. He was the son of George and Nellie (Merrill) Costain. Doug retired to the Millinocket area from Florida, and previously lived in Wilmington, Mass., for many years. In keeping with Doug’s wishes, there will be no services.
