ST. AGATHA – Arlene M. Ringuette, 61, died Jan. 30, 2010, at a Fort Kent hospital after a battle with lung cancer. She was born Aug. 20, 1948, in Township 17 Range 4, the daughter of Edmund and Edwina (Parent) Ringuette. Arlene worked at Ridgewood Estates and did home care for several agencies. She is survived by two sons, Troy and his wife, Sonja Soucy, of Bangor and Timmy Soucy of Madawaska; three daughters, Laura Soucy of Madawaka, Sharon Soucy of Caribou and Julie Soucy of Frenchville; 11 grandchildren; four brothers, Edward of Madawaska, Fred and Kate of Frenchville, Roger and Jean of St. Agatha and Adrien of Presque Isle; one sister, Carlene Mueller of Sinclair; several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, and 8:30 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Michaud Funeral Home, St. Agatha. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Agatha Catholic Church with the Rev. Phil Cyr officiating. Burial will be in the spring at St. Agatha Lower Cemetery.
