ROCKLAND – Merrill E. Morang, 91, husband of Barbara B. Welsh Morang, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, at Togus Veterans Affairs Medical Center, after a brief illness. Friends and relatives are invited to visit 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church, One Waldo Ave., Rockland.
