SKOWHEGAN – Phillis W. Russakoff, 79, died March 22, 2010, in Waterville. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 26, at Beth Israel Congregation, 291 Main St., Waterville. A committal service for the family will be afterward at an Auburn cemetery. A celebration of life is planned for 1 p.m. Sunday, April 11, at the Masonic Hall, Water Street, Skowhegan. A complete obituary will be published at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, Skowhegan.
