SKOWHEGAN – Phillis W. Russakoff passed away peacefully Monday, March 22, 2010, surrounded by family in Waterville. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 26, at Beth Israel Congregation, Waterville. A committal service for the family will be after at an Auburn cemetery. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, April 11, at the Masonic Hall, Water Street, Skowhegan.
