STACYVILLE – Leonard Goodine, 73, died unexpectedly June 17, 2010, at his home. He was born Dec. 17, 1936, in Sherman, the son of Walter and Bessie (Durgan) Goodine. He is survived by a daughter, Christina Schmidt and her husband, Kevin, of Island Falls; two sons, Doug Goodine and his wife, Anette, of Waynesboro, Pa., and Kurt Goodine and Lori of Hudson; a special stepdaughter, Rose Cloutier of Stacyville; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, Aunna; one brother, Walter Goodine and his wife, Phyllis, of Woodville; and three sisters, Donna Giles of Brewer, Shirley Rodgerson and her husband, Gilbert, of Millinocket, and Monda Drew and her husband, Carl, of Stacyville. He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Mildred Goodine; his second wife, Gloria Goodine; two sons, Jarramie and Bryant; two grandsons, Brandon and Brenton; and one brother, Kenneth. Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, at Island Falls United Baptist Church, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Gary Johnson officiating.
