WARREN – James A. Nadeau, 65, of Norway, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010. He was born Oct. 20, 1944, in Bangor, the son of Alcide and Jacquline (Cox) Nadeau. He was a graduate of John Bapst High School, Class of 1962. He worked for 33 years with Verizon Telephone Co. until his retirement. He was an International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union representative for many years and a lifetime member of Federation of Elks, Portland. He is survived by his three sons, Kevin Nadeau and wife, Ruth, and their two children, Walter and Claire, of Durham, Arnold Nadeau and his daughter, Madison, of Newton, Mass., and Charles Nadeau and wife, Victoria, and their three children, Adele, Grant and Wyatt, of Gorham; daughter, Sarah Nadeau of Astoria, N.Y.; brother, Leo Nadeau of Mesa, Ariz.; sister, Mary Lou Hallee and husband, Richard, of Norway, Maine; brother, Jerald Nadeau of Fort Kent; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, at Oxford Hills Funeral Services, 1037 Main St., Route 26, Oxford.
