SINCLAIR – Reginald H. Dewley, 81, died unexpectedly Aug. 13, 2010, at a Caribou hospital. He was born June 23, 1923, in Fort Fairfield, the son of Lewis and Eliza (Ruff) Dewley. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Fort Fairfield. Reginald loved fishing and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Irene (Manley); one son, Alan of Sinclair; five brothers, Earl of Illinois, Ralph of South Carolina, Larry and Guy, both of Michigan, and Harold “Sonny” of Caribou; three sisters and their husbands, Bertha and Lane Ashley of North Carolina, Thelma and Roy Curtis of Winslow, and Gloria and Gary Larson of Minnesota; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou.
