THOMASTON, Conn., and BANGOR – Corinne “Queenie” (Herman) Hall, 80, wife of 60 years to the late William “Buster” Hall, passed away Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, with her loving family by her side at Waterbury Hospital. She was born May 14, 1930, in Brewer, daughter of the late Elizabeth Herman Dicky. Corinne grew up in East Eddington and Hampden. She and William then moved to Boston and were married in 1948. They moved to Connecticut to raise their family. Corinne was employed for 10 years at Thomaston Special Products and later retired and returned to Maine. She later moved back to Connecticut. She enjoyed caring for her family, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking. One of her favorite pastimes was picking wild Maine blueberries. Corinne is survived by a daughter, Linda Bellemare and her husband, Ronald, of Thomaston, Conn.; a son, William Hall Jr. and significant other, Rita Cushman, of Livermore; two granddaughters, Amy and her husband, DJ Nicholson, of Northfield, Conn., and Charlene Bellemare and her fianc?, Mark Showalter, of Washington Depot, Conn.; and three great-grandchildren, Tim, David and Sarah Nicholson. Family and friends may visit 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, with the Rev.
