MARSHFIELD – Jean M. Davis, 59, passed away Sept. 13, 2010, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 4, 1951. She enjoyed knitting and crafts, and loved going camping and her trips to Florida. She will miss her Wednesday morning breakfast with friends and family at Helen’s Restaurant. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Davis; son, Chuck Woodman and wife, Brenda; daughter, Cissy Woodman and partner, Aaron Wood; stepchildren, Nicole Dubay and partner, Roger Roy, and Clark Davis; seven grandchildren, Colton, Caden, Alex, Leandra, Jarrod, Drew and Zander; two brothers, John Geel and wife, Carol, and Andy Geel and wife, Jamaica; two sisters, Penny Bisson and husband, Tyke, and Andrea Shaffer; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Dorothy Geel; and brother, Robert Geel. A memorial will be held 1 p.m. Oct. 2 at Longfellow Cemetery, Machias.
