EDDINGTON – Warren G. Gardner, 82, husband of Dianne (Cunningham) Gardner, died Oct. 17, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. He was born June 26, 1928, in Allagash, son of Lee H. and Pearl (McBreairty) Gardner. In addition to his wife of Eddington, Warren is survived by three children, Scott Gardner and his fiancee, Gail Murphy, Kerry Gardner, and Lynne Gardner and her husband, Robert Laskey, all of Eddington; two grandsons, Eamon and Enoch Laskey of Eddington; four sisters, Linda Gardner of Allagash, Lucinda Crawford and husband, Michael, of Bangor, Sara Gardner of Bangor, and Phyllis Craig and husband, Franklin, of Brewer; six brothers, Roy Gardner and wife, Maude, of Allagash, Rodney Gardner and wife, Dorothy, of Topsham, Llewellyn Gardner of St. Francis, Bryden Gardner of Bangor, Thomas Gardner and wife, Joyce, of Corinth, and William Gardner and wife, Joyce, of Brewer; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and brothers, Lee, Dwight and John Gardner. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Blackman Riverside Cemetery, Route 178, Eddington, with Warren’s cousin, the Rev. Gary Gardner, presiding.
