HAMPDEN – Peter and Cynthia McGinnes of Hampden are excited to announce the engagement of their daughter Christine McGinnes to Justin Archer, both of Veazie. Justin is the son of Tim and Carol Archer of Brewer. The couple is planning a Sept. 24, 2011, wedding at Camp Roosevelt in Eddington with the Rev. Stephanie Salinas officiating.
