HOULTON – Kenneth Skillin, 81, died Nov. 23, 2010, in Houlton. He was born June 20, 1929, in Kenduskeag, the son of Ralph and Ruth (Cougle) Skillin. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1967 as a lieutenant. He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Gardner) of Houlton; children, Randa Lee Pascerelli, Susan Patchen, Keith Skillin, Melissa Kirkland, Beth Skillin and Rosemary Shoemaker; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; five stepchildren, Richard Wilmot, Carol Swallow, Brian Wilmot, Steven Wilmot and Mark Wilmot; two brothers, Cecil and Keenan; three sisters, Patricia, Pamela and Ruth Ann; several nieces and nephews.
