BANGOR – Rosalie S. (Stevens) Gallant, 82, wife of the late John A. Gallant, died peacefully Nov. 27, 2010, in Bangor. She was born March 18, 1928, in Bangor, the daughter of George A. and Sarah (Smith) Gallant. Rosalie was devoted to her entire family her whole life. Surviving are two sons, George A. Gallant and his wife, Cindi, of Bel Air, Md., and John A. Gallant Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Hampden; four grandchildren, Heather Gallant Gagnon and her husband, Conrad, Heidi Fritz, D.V.M., and her husband, Robert, Matthew Gallant and Jennie Gallant; four great-grandchildren, Conrad Joseph Gagnon III, Forrest Gagnon, George Fritz and Constance Fritz; one sister, Adrianna Flanagan of Mount Joy, Pa.; many nieces and nephews. Private services and interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery at a future date.
