MONTICELLO – Eve M. Boyce, 75, died Feb. 17, 2011, at a local hospital. She was born March 5, 1935, in Bangor, the daughter of Henry H. and Phyllis (Bean) Field.
She so loved being a loving homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Eve is survived by her husband of 67 loving years, Donald Boyce of Monticello; her daughter, Shirley Marie Brewer and husband, Donnie, of Houlton; two grandchildren, Travis and Dawn; two great-grandchildren, Summer and Shea; three sisters, Erlene Fitzpatrick and husband, Peter, of Sommer, Conn., Priscilla Niles and her husband, Robert, of Springfield, Mass., and Jane Currie and her husband, Stuart, of Prince Edward Island; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and her brother, Philip Field.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Dunn Funeral Home, where friends may call 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Monticello Jewell Cemetery.
