BUCKSPORT – G.W. Monte died Feb. 7, 2011. He was born Sept. 7, 1942.
All who knew him called him Monte. He was known as a rough and tough fisherman and truck driver by some. For those who truly loved him, we thought of him as a kind, caring and a simple kind of man. Monte was the type of person who was always there for you, would do anything he could for you and loved to make you laugh. He will be missed by many and remembered by all who knew him.
There will be an informal gathering 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 1403 Bucks Mills Road, Bucksport. All who wish to say goodbye and tell happy stories about him please join us. Contact us for any further information at anewway09 @gmail.com.
