SULLIVAN – Lois E. Bunker, 91, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, Ellsworth. Lois was born March 21, 1919, in South Gouldsboro, a daughter of George L. and Ruth (Hammond) Daley.

Lois was married to Carroll Bunker. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. Lois worked for Stinson Canning Co. for more than 40 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Tibbetts and husband, Lowell, of Sullivan; two brothers, Kendall Daley and his wife, Clara, of South Gouldsboro, and Harry Daley and his wife, Lila, of Winter Harbor; one sister, Twila Bunker of Franklin; four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, one nephew and three stepgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Carroll J.; one sister, Robertina Preble; and two brothers, Dayton and Reynold Daley. The family thanks Dr. LaRocco and the staff at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital for Lois’ care.
