BANGOR – Richard “Bubba” Bonney, 49, passed away unexpectedly March 1, 2011, at his home. He was born Nov. 12, 1961.
Bubba is survived by his mother, Carolyn Bonney, who loved him dearly; his wife of nine years, Norma Bonney; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Earl Drake Sr., and Kathy and Ed Pinkham Jr.; two brothers and sister-in-law, Scott and Laurie Bonney, and Barry Elston and his companion, June; several nieces and nephews; two great-nieces; two stepchildren, Lisa and Scott; and two stepgrandchildren. Bubba was predeceased by his brother, Ronald K. Bonney.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 3-6 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at Kathy’s house. There will be a graveside service in the spring.
