BLUE HILL – Timothy J. Snow, 57, died March 18, 2011, in Ellsworth. He was born Nov. 28, 1953, in Bangor, the son of John Frederick and Mildred (Hutchins) Snow.
Tim graduated from George Stevens Academy, Class of 1972, and Washington County Vocational Technical Institute. He lived and worked in Bangor for many years. Tim was a very loving, kind, compassionate and gentle man. He had a grateful heart all through life and helped his fellow man in times of need. Tim said many times throughout his journey with cancer that he had the greatest family in the world. He had a great compassion for Mother Earth and all its creatures. Tim’s faith carried him through many things in life, especially through his courageous journey with cancer.
He is survived by his twin brother, Michael and wife, Jan; sisters, Kitty Peasley and husband, Greg, Nanette Beal, and Lucy Astbury and husband, Brian; brothers, Barrett Snow and Jeffrey Snow and wife, Susan; aunt, Judy Goodwin and husband, Tom; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Brian; and niece, Heidi Beal.
