HOLDEN – William “Bill” F. Jordan, 38, died unexpectedly April 19, 2011, as the result of a logging accident. He was born July 7, 1972, in Oceanside, N.Y., the son of Frank and Sharon (Jordan) Karl.
“B” was an avid NASCAR fan, raced at Speedway 95 and enjoyed racing around the state with his nephews. He also enjoyed fishing.
Bill is survived by his parents of Holden; two daughters, Macy Karl of Brewer and Krysten Quinn of East Millinocket; one sister and her husband, Tammy and Scott Pearson of Glenburn; two nephews, Derek Pearson and his wife, Erica, of Glenburn and Jordan Pearson and his wife, Ashley, of Bangor; niece, Katie Pearson of Glenburn; two special great-nephews, Nathan and Brayden; four best friends, Bob Moleon, Troy Bickford, Mike Roy and Nino Chiapponne; many more good friends; and especially his constant companions, Skittles and Pie.
Funeral services will be held 5 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with Julio DeSanctis officiating. Friends may call 3 p.m. until the time of service Saturday. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St., Bangor, immediately after the service.
