HOULTON and DANFORTH – Kevin A. Lowe, 45, died April 29, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Jan. 3, 1966, in Danforth, the son of Charles and Marie Lowe.
Kevin was a resident at Houlton Harmony House, where he was very much loved by all who knew him.
He is survived by several family members, his family at Harmony House and all the C.L.A. staff.
