ETNA – Erick C. Hamlin, 41, died April 13, 2011, after a long battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 14, 1969, to Geneva Hamlin of Newport.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two children, Kyle and Jocelyn Hamlin of Hermon; his wife, Shannon and her children; his father, Jim Walker of Hermon; his brother, James Walker II of Pennsylvania; his sister, Nicole Medina of the Philippines; and his “special brother,” Joel Stanhope.
Graveside services will be held 4 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Route 143, Etna.
