BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – Tina K.P. Weeks died June 5, 2011, at Somerset Medical Center. Mrs. Weeks was born in Island Falls, and was a resident of Bridgewater, N.J., for 14 years.

A graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, she was a special educator/English teacher at Warren Hills Regional High School, since 1998.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas; a son, Ian, serving in the U.S. Marines at Camp Lejeune, N.C.; and a daughter, Sara, a student at Raritan Valley Community College. Also surviving are her mother, Winona Farquhar; and her brothers, Gary, Arnold, and Raymond and Maureen Pulkkinen.

A funeral service was held Friday, June 10, at First United Methodist Church, Somerville, N.J. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Island Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tina’s memory to National Humane Society, HSUS, Dept.
