OWLS HEAD – George Q. Grant Jr. died Sunday, June 26, 2011, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Rockport, after an extended illness.
Family and friends are invited to visit 1-2 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland, with a celebration of his life beginning 2 p.m. Private interment will be at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland.
