LINCOLN – Marlene Dorman Graham, 88, died June 17, 2011, in Sun City, Ariz. She was born Oct. 14, 1922, in Guthrie, Okla., the daughter of Lee and Ruby (Sloan) Barnes.

Marlene was a graduate of Central High School, Oklahoma City, and a member of Lincoln Congregational Church, Lincoln. She was a past worthy matron and a life member of Lincoln Order of Eastern Star. Marlene had a love for taking pictures and was hardly ever without her camera or her journal to keep track of her life’s enjoyments. She developed a fondness for lighthouses and during her last years of life visited numerous ones on the coast of Maine.

Marlene was predeceased by her husband, Herbert. She is survived by her four children: daughter, Gayle and husband, Jeffrey Godfrey, of Midvale, Utah; son, Gary Graham of Murray, Utah; son, Ray and wife, Beth Graham, of Sullivan; and son, George Graham of Youngtown, Ariz. She enjoyed her five grandchildren, Jeremiah, Corey and Benjamin Graham, and Andrew and Sarah Godfrey. She also had the pleasure of the care and friendship of Faye McCormick.

Marlene will return to Maine for final resting. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. Sept. 11 at Lincoln Congregational Church with the Rev. Darrell Joiner and the Rev.
