WINTERPORT – James M. Taylor, 60, died July 10, 2011, at his Winterport home surrounded by his loving family. He was born Aug. 5, 1950, in Houlton, the son of Herbert and Jean (West) Taylor.
Jim served in the U.S. Navy and was very proud of his service to our country. He worked for Houlton Police Department and 28 years for the U.S. Postal Service.
Jim is survived by his wife, Debora (Woodworth) Taylor; his children, Kristy, Megan, Tina and Joseph; his sisters and brothers, Kathy, Debbie, Bobby and Andy; six grandchildren, David, Jillian, Michael, Emily, Evan and McKenzie; his loving companion, his dog, Gally; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents.
