MEDWAY – Marilyn E. Boone, 77, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011, with her loving husband of 61 years by her side. She was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Little Deer Isle, to Doris Eaton.
Marilyn touched many lives and was loved by all who knew her.
Marilyn is survived by her husband, Royce Boone of Medway; daughters, Sandra Dean of North Carolina and Annette Fitzgerald and her husband, Paul, of Millinocket; son, Neal Boone and his wife, Chris, of Millinocket; sister, Shirley Carville of Little Deer Isle; brother, Linden Eaton of New Paltz, N.Y.; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, at Lamson Funeral Home, 17 Western Ave., East Millinocket, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 14. Burial will be at Grindstone Cemetery, Medway.
