CARMEL – Dorothy Harvey, 93, died Aug. 21, 2011, in Bangor. She was born June 3, 1918, in Levant.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Leslie D. Harvey; and granddaughter, Karan Ann Harvey. She is survived by her son, Leslie M.; daughter, Lucille and her husband, Louis Demmons; son, Alan and his companion, Paulette, all of Carmel; daughter, Joyce Morse of Searsport; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for friends and relatives will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at Highland Cemetery, Carmel. Friends who wish may contribute to The Meadows Activity Fund, 110 Perkins St., Old Town, ME 04468.
