VAN BUREN – Donald M. Ayotte Sr., 65, died unexpectedly Sept. 1, 2011, at a Caribou hospital. He was born March 20, 1946, in Van Buren, son of William and Priscilla (Creighton) Ayotte.
Donald worked in the construction trades for many years.
In addition to his mother, Priscilla of West Townsend, Mass., he is survived by his wife, Melissa (Dickieson) of West Townsend, Mass.; two sons, Michael Ayotte of Texas and Duck Ayotte of Van Buren; two daughters, Georgianna Losh of Vermont and Donna Cox of Texas; one brother, Clayton Ayotte of Massachusetts; two sisters, Joyce Hall of Van Buren and Gloria Comeau of Massachusetts; eight grandchildren and two great-grandsons. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one son, Donald Ayotte Jr.
