NISKAYUNA, N.Y. – Patricia McReavy, 71, passed away peacefully Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at Ellis Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Calais, she grew up in Bangor and was a graduate of Bangor High School. Patricia had been a resident of Niskayuna, N.Y., for the past 41 years. She was a licensed practical nurse, practicing for several years. She also loved crafting and bowling.
Patricia was predeceased by a son, Kevin McReavy. Survivors include her husband, Clifford McReavy; three daughters, Karen Graham of Niskayuna, N.Y., Kimberly Merlock of Issaquah, Wash., and Kristine Kenney of Seattle; one son, William McReavy of Niskayuna, N.Y.; and six grandchildren, Christopher, Brian and Kathleen Graham, Kayla and Kevin Merlock, and Harry Kenny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, N.Y. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie, N.Y. Calling hours will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the MCS Disaster Fund, P.O. Box 606, Middleburgh, NY 12122, to help the victims of our recent flooding.
