BOWERBANK – Christopher S. Bartlett, 18, died unexpectedly Oct. 3, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1993, in New London, Conn., son of John Bartlett and stepmother, Amber Bartlett.
Chris attended Uncasville, Conn., schools through junior high school, and Lee Academy, and graduated with high honors from Foxcroft Academy in 2011. He played football while at Foxcroft Academy. Chris also attended Tri County Technical Center and had successfully obtained his commercial driver’s license. He had been employed as a mechanic at Ames Construction Co.
Chris is survived by his parents of Bowerbank; his birth mother, Susan Bartlett; five siblings, John Dollard, Brittany Bartlett, Daniel Bartlett, Jason Bartlett and Bernise Bartlett; his paternal grandmother, Judith Bartlett; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be remembered by many close friends.
A memorial service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Foxcroft Academy Gymnasium with Dr. David Reid officiating.
