HOULTON – Dale Allen Cox, 54, died Dec. 15, 2011, at his home, Harmony, in Houlton. Dale was born Aug. 15, 1957, in Calais, the son of Leigh Cox and Phyllis Mariano.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis.
Dale lived in several parts of Maine throughout the years.
Most recently, from 1994 until he moved to Houlton in 2008, he lived in Eagle Lake. Dale spent the past three years at Harmony, where he quickly became one of the favorites.
Dale had a contagious smile and loved to tease and be teased by others. Dale enjoyed listening to country music and one of his favorites was Dolly Parton.
A celebration of Dale’s life will be held 1 p.m. Jan. 5, 2012, at Harmony.
