CARIBOU – Ernest W. Hill, 58, died Jan. 6, 2012, in Madawaska. He was born Feb. 10, 1953, in Concord, N.H., son of the late Edward and Florence (McDaniels) Hill. At a very young age he was adopted and raised by Armand and Lucy Tibbetts of Lee.
Mr. Hill served with the U.S. Air Force and was an ironworker for many years. He married Kalen Belanger in 1988.
He is survived by his wife,
Kalen of Caribou; his aunt, Lucy Tibbetts of Lee; several cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou. Arrangements by Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.
